OTP Verification

We’ve made improvements to strengthen your account security. Here are answers to common questions about OTP (One-Time Passwords):

1. How will I know where the OTP was sent?

The OTP screen will clearly show the delivery channel - whether your OTP was sent via WhatsApp or SMS.

2. What should I do if I don’t receive the OTP?

·         Wait until the timer finishes.

·         Once the timer ends, you’ll see retry options:

o         Retry via WhatsApp or SMS, OR

o         Retry via WhatsApp only.

3. Why do I sometimes only get the OTP via WhatsApp?

In some cases, the OTP will only be sent via WhatsApp. This is part of our enhanced security process to keep your account safe.

4. How many OTP attempts do I get?

You can try entering the OTP up to 9 times. If the issue continues, please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance.

5. When will I be asked to complete OTP verification?
You may be asked to verify your OTP in the following situations:

  • Adding or updating a phone number in your address.
  • Adding or editing the primary phone number in your account.
  • Sometimes, you may need to verify your email first, then your phone number.

 

Will I Receive Notifications to Track My Order Status?

Once you place an order online, you’ll receive a confirmation via email, SMS, and WhatsApp with your order number and status. We’ll keep you updated through these channels at every stage until your order is delivered. You can also track your order at any time through the 'Need Help' section on the order details page.

How can I place an order at Sizzl ?

Here's a step-by-step guide to placing your order on Sizzl:

  1. Create an Account:
    • First, ensure you have a Sizzl account. If you don’t, click on 'Account' and choose 'Login or Signup.'
    • Enter your email address to receive a one-time password (OTP) for verification, then fill in the required account details.

  2. Choose Your Items:
    • Browse and select the items you want. Choose the size, then click 'Add to Bag.'

  3. Review Your Bag:
    • Click on the bag icon to view your selected items and proceed to checkout.

  4. Enter Your Delivery Address:
    • Select an address by pin location. Click 'Confirm Location' and enter your full address and phone number.
    • An OTP will be sent to verify your phone number. Enter the OTP to confirm.


  5. Review Order Details:
    • On the right side of the checkout page, you’ll see a summary of your order. Here, you can:
      • Apply any available coupons, click in (Coupons & Bank offers) to see your available coupons
      • Choose delivery preferences and opt the right one suitable for you
  6. Select Payment Method:
    • Choose your preferred payment option. For pre-paid orders, you can request for the package to be left at your door if you're unavailable.

  7. Place Your Order:
    • Once everything looks good, click 'Pay' or 'Place Order' to complete your purchase.

What are the delivery charges?

We deliver the items as free of charges if the total purchase value is above AED. 70 with standard delivery time of 1-2 days . If falls below AED. 70, AED. 15 will be additional delivery charges. If needs the same day delivery, the Order to be placed before 9 AM and it will incur additional charges of AED. 15

For the delivery to Remote Areas, there will be an additional delivery fee of AED. 30 and will be delivered twice a Week
