How to Track Your Order on Sizzl

Tracking your order is simple and helps you stay updated on its delivery status. Follow these easy steps to track your order:

  1. Log in to Your Sizzl Account
    Start by logging into your Sizzl account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Your Account
    Once logged in, go to your account section by clicking on your account icon.
  3. Click on 'Orders'
    In the account menu, select "Orders" to view all your past and current orders.
  4. Select the Order You Want to Track
    Find and click on the specific order you want to track. This will bring up the order details.
  5. Check Delivery Dates and Tracking Information
    In the order details, you'll find information about delivery dates, tracking status, and any important updates for each shipment.
  6. Notifications: Stay informed throughout the delivery process with notifications sent via email, WhatsApp

Pending

Your order is under review. Expect a call or, an Email if additional verification is required

Confirmed

Items are being packed for delivery, with a commitment to on-time delivery. Look out for an order confirmation email and WhatsApp message

Shipped

The items have been packed and are ready for handover to our delivery partner. You can manage shipment cancellations or update your shipping details from the Orders tab.

Out for Delivery

Your shipment is in route from our hub/warehouse to your location

 

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your address as long as the shipment has not yet gone out for delivery.

You can easily update your address by following these simple steps:

1. Go to the Order Details page.

2. Select the relevant order to update your address.

3. Click on the Change Address button.

4. Choose an existing address or click Edit to update the selected one.

5. Confirm your updated address.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for an order is contingent upon the destination. The estimated delivery date will be displayed for each item on the website before you finalise your order. 

To view the estimated delivery date before placing the order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the website/app.
  2. Click on the item.
  3. The estimated delivery time will be mentioned under the item price.
  4. 'Standard Delivery' means regular delivery.
  5. 'Fastest Delivery' means the estimated delivery date if you have chosen priority delivery.

 

Where do we deliver?

Currently, we only ship orders to the UAE

Will I be able to receive my order the same day or the next day?

For a faster shopping experience, we offer priority delivery with same-day or next-day options. 
The Standard delivery will be within 1-2 days if placed the Order before 2 PM ( except Remote Areas ) , Monday to Saturday . For the same day delivery, there will be additional fee of AED 15 if placed the Order before 9 AM, Monday to Saturday

Free delivery is ensured if the minimum purchase comes as AED. 70 . If the check out amount falls below AED. 70, there will be a delivery charges of AED. 15

For the delivery to Remote Areas, there will be an additional delivery fee of AED. 30 and will be delivered twice a Week
